ATTORNEY PROFILE

Ms. Sheleen Gail Khan was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003. She graduated
from the University of West Indies, with a honors degree in History. In 2002, she
earned her Juris Doctor from law school at Nova Southeastern University. Ms.
Khan is licensed in all courts in the State of Florida. Additionally, she is admitted
to the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Florida. For
the preceding years in her legal career, She has worked primarily as a litigation
attorney representing homeowners, businesses and investors in civil matters
throughout Florida. She has handled cases in both State and Bankruptcy Court in
South Florida. Ms. Khan's knowledge, skill, education, training, and experience,
particularly that associated with her real estate practice, makes her uniquely
qualified in being able to prosecute plaintiff or defense cases. Ms. Khan is a
member of North Dade Bar Association.
